Area of Research

Pars Geology Research Center (Arian Zamin) is entitled to carry out the following undertakings:

• Applied and developmental studies in various fields of earth sciences including natural resources (mines, energy and water resources) and natural scenery of Iran and neighboring countries

• Fundamental research in physical geography, environment and climate of Iran, and cooperation with international research organization for evaluating the potentials of the country

• Publishing the facts and figures about the physical potentials of Iran at international level

• Geopolitical studies with respect to geographic location, energy resources etc. of Iran

• Providing scientific consultation with national and international institutions
