Arianzamin is in the process of compilation of a computer database on earth sciences with the following information:

• M.Sc. dissertations and Ph.D. thesis in the fields of geology, geography and mining along with their abstracts
• Geological characteristics of all mineral deposits of the country
• Production statistics of different minerals and ores
• Preparation of digitized 1:500,000 geological map of Iran based on the available information of 1:250,000 maps
• Energy resources and their rate of consumption
• Country’s water budget
• Distribution of forests and pastures and their statistics
• Digital geologic maps of Iran, in scale of 1:250000

 Additionally, a complete achieve of various rock-types of Iran consisting of hand specimens as well as thin sections along with their detailed description has already been made at Pars Geology Research Center.
